ESTEP annual event 2026 – Technical Conference Registration

Paving the Future of EU Steel : Clean Technologies, Smart Steel Products and Applications

Welcome to the registration page of the “ESTEP annual event – Paving the Future of EU Steel : Clean Technologies, Smart Steel Products and Applications”, taking place in Ghent (Belgium).

The event will start on the morning of 20 October 2026 with an optional visit to the ArcelorMittal Ghent facilities. The technical conference will start in the afternoon of 20 October and continue on 21 and 22 October 2026 (in-person).
The conference will take place at RodeBol events – CommunicationCampus (Sint-Denijslaan 485, 9000 Ghent).

Programme of the event:

20 October afternoon: Welcome & start technical conference (14.30 – 18.30) + networking walking dinner (18.30 – 22.00)
21 October: Technical conference (08.30 - 18.00) + conference dinner 
22 October: Technical conference (08.30 - 16.00)

The fee includes the conference fees, lunches, networking walking dinner (20 October) & conference dinner (21 October 2026). 

Transportation (for organisational purposes) : 

Shuttle buses will be provided in the morning from Ghent-Sint-Pieters railway station to the conference venue. Please note that no shuttle service will be available at the end of the conference days.
